A Summer Must Have

I live in the desert, and for six months of the year, it's 100 degrees or hotter. This makes trips to the grocery store, errands, and outings uncomfortable and bad for my skin.

Using a Sun Protection Umbrella has made my summers much more bearable. I keep one in the car at all times and use it to shield my face from the sun's damaging UV rays when I walk from my car to my destination.

I prefer the safety of the umbrella to the use of chemical sunscreens, which my sensitive skin cannot tolerate.

I also use it when I take my son to the zoo or to a local swim park, so that while he splashes in the water, I am guaranteed to have some shade.

I have another sun protection umbrella in my house so that if I need to dash out to the mailbox or take the dog for a walk, I can do it at any time of day without harming my skin.

Having these umbrellas on hand has been a lifesaver for the harsh summers here in Arizona. I am able to be outdoors despite the heat, without danger of Sunburn.

When my son was little, I used the umbrella to shade both of us while carrying him in his sling. He wouldn't wear a sun protection hat, so I needed a way to keep the sun off his face and out of his eyes.

Now that he is older, he carries his own sun umbrella and loves it. He doesn't like putting cream on his skin, he prefers to carry the umbrella.

These are so useful. I don't know how I'd survive the summer without one.
