Bad Sunburn

One of the worst times I had sunburn was when I was 13 years old.


I broke out in blisters all over my shoulder and could wear nothing but a silk button down shirt.


If anything else rubbed on them, it would make the blisters hurt or pop.


For days I used a combination of cooling lotion, cool baths, and freezing my pillow to relieve some of the aching.
