Board Shorts rock!

I remember when I was a teenager there was a time that tight underwear like bathing suits had been considered 'cool' for men.

They looked like Speedos but not as bad. Back then I thought board shorts are goofy looking and for surfers only. The baggy look and long leg just covered up too much and was not ideal for getting a good tan in the leg area.

But when I started seeing more and more people wearing them I decided to try one on myself. It took a little while getting used to it since they are fairly loose but not after long I was hooked.

They felt great and came in cool styles and many different lengths and varieties. So there was so many to choose from.

Another advantage was then when you came out the water you just had to through on a t-shirt and you had been ready to go into town as well.

Since they turned out to be so versatile I am now wearing board shorts for all water related activities exclusively.

It does not matter if it is a day of surfing in the ocean, wake boarding in one of the lakes, a fun game of beach volleyball or just hanging out with friends and having a good time - board shorts are always up for the task.

Sometimes in the summer I even wear them around the house since they feel so comfortable and they are also very easy to clean.

The way I see it, I will wear board shorts for the rest of my life :-) They rock!
