Sun Protectin Clothing
Essential for the Changing Times

My grandmother used to say that sun provides not only the sunlight but also helps the humans to stay healthy and fit.

She would insist that one must bask in the sun and must not avoid sunlight at any cost. However, that was the story in the early 1960's, now the times have changed.

Increased pollution, carbonaceous gases and chemicals suspended in the air will never allow a man to extract vital energy from the sunlight.

Rather than doing any good, the sun light can damage our skin tissues and result in skin cancer and to avoid it one must be properly clothed while moving out in the sun.

In the summers, covering your head and arms is very important because UV rays coming from sun can damage the skin surface if there is any direct contact.

Light driving gloves and sun protection hat must be worn to avoid any direct contact. If you have to travel frequently then you must protect your eyes also as UV rays can affect the vision.

One can find numerous sun protection clothing apparels in the market that are specially designed to protect your skin from the sun and it scorching heat.

Sticky and nylon clothing must be avoided as it causes sweating problems. Using cotton or light clothing always helps in avoiding sweating and other skin related problems.

Arm covering gloves are very important if you drive a two-wheeler because the poisonous gases combined with sunlight can do great damage to our skin.

Prevention is always better than cure and sun protective clothing is the best way to do that with.
