Working Out on the Beach

My wife and I were on vacation in North Africa this summer.


Tunisia, Djerba is a nice place to visit and people are friendly, even though the sun was very strong.


It is not wise to stay out in the sun without sun protection and some kind of hat or Sun Protection Umbrella.


We put on sun protection few times a day and wore hats all the time and even with that, some kind of shade was a must.


Luckily the wind blew almost all the time and that helped a lot, since Sahara desert was just a few hours away by car.


We both like sports a lot. We played beach volley and tennis everyday and used some time to practice martial arts on the beach.


In the photo you can see my wife performing kick "mawashi - geri", while wearing a sun protection hat, sunscreen and UV sunglasses.
