My Body Enjoys Vitamin D

Even when I was still a child, I always enjoyed staying in our patio every morning and watch the sun rise especially during summertime.



The first rays that strike my whole body usually give me warmth and comfort, which can only be felt naturally.


This is far different from the heat generated from the heater inside my bedroom and from our living room.


Little did I know later from our elementary studies that exposing yourself to the sun gives you Vitamin D. This in turn is good for your health as well as building strong bones.


No wonder I never had any problems regarding my bones. As a matter of fact, I feel my bones are strong for I can still lift heavy things and run far without any part of my body aching.


I guess it’s what also gives me a healthy heart. Because according to the latest studies, vitamin D Deficiency can increase risk of heart disease.


I am sure my heart is still functioning very well with normal readings every time I have a medical check up.
