San Jose, CA and UV Rays

by Jemmer Pablo
(San Jose, CA, USA)

After my super sunburn experience in Koh Samet , Thailand, I became more aware of sun’s UV rays in that it can traverse even beach umbrellas.

Sometimes, even there are clouds covering the sun, UV rays can still penetrate on your skin without knowing it.

Back in San Jose, California, I was able to read more on UV rays from the internet and found out that you can protect yourself from sun’s UV rays not only while on the beach by applying a UV protection lotion but also just about any place where you think the rays of the sun can reach you.

Nowadays, there are clothing and accessories which are UV protected with chemicals and materials incorporated in ordinary clothes or even your hat.

You can find them easily on the internet and order them online.

If you are sensitive to UV rays, you better change your outfit to UV or spf clothing.

For all I know, you can have your long pants, short pants, t-shirts or long sleeve shirts and even your sunglasses UV protected at all times.

At least, there will be no chance for you to have a sunburn as I did in Koh Samet, Thailand.
