Musical Chairs

As far back as I remember, Musical Chairs used to be a favorite at our parties.

You would place the chairs next to each other in a circle facing outward.

The number of the kids would always exceed the number of the chairs by one.

So if you had 10 kids at the party, you would set up only 9 chairs for this game.

You would pick a fun song or music and then start playing it.

As soon as the music starts, the kids have to run or move around the chairs.

When music is stopped the kids have to sit in the chairs which are arranged in the form of circle.

One kid won’t get a chair and he/she is then eliminated.

Now remove one chair and start the music again and the process is same as above.

Finally one kid is left and he/she is the winner of the musical chairs.
