Sun Protection Umbrella
A Must Have for Infants

On a hot sunny day in the summer, most people want to head to the beach. But if you’re a recent parent, this can be very difficult if you have infants.

I know many parents are hesitant to apply sunblock chemicals to their children’s skin, so an alternative is a Sun Protection Umbrella.

These umbrellas block harmful UV radiation from ever reaching your baby’s skin, and keep them cool from the hot summer sun.

With a sun protection umbrella, you can enjoy a fine summer day, without worrying for the well-being of your child.

When bringing an infant to the beach, and you’d like to use a sun protection umbrella, I’d recommend bringing your infant in his or her car seat, and setting that down right below the umbrella.

Try staking the umbrella low in the ground, or get an umbrella with a wide enough diameter to cover the baby and the surrounding area.

Otherwise some areas directly under the umbrella will become unprotected as the sun moves through the daytime sky.

By setting up correctly when you first arrive, you won’t have to readjust as the day goes on.

After you have your sun protection umbrella set up, you no longer have to worry about harmful sun rays hurting your baby.

However, do make sure to continually check on your child, making sure they are maintaining proper hydration on a hot summer day.

Sun Protection Umbrella can provide UV protection, but it can not prevent dehydration.

Now get out there and enjoy the summer heat!
