Water Shoes are a Great Investment!

I bought water shoes years ago, when I learned to snorkel.

I threw them in my bag with my other equipment and thought I might only use them once or twice a year.

But hey, when there is a coral or sharp rock you can't be without them.

How wrong I was! I have used those water shoes over and over.

I always throw them in my bag for vacation, because you never know when the sand will be too hot to walk on, and they are perfect for on the beach.

I have also used them when the sand was too cold to walk on bare footed, but I didn't want to get my shoes full of sand.

I have used them walking around the town sightseeing in the rain.

They are much easier to pack than boots and I just hate to get my good leather sandals all wet.

I have even used them out in my own back yard, to water the lawn and muck around in the garden when it was to warm to wear boots.

First and foremost, water shoes are for protecting your feet in the water, but I'm sure you will find (like I did) that they come in handy other times as well!
