I know I should but...

My dad sells at flea markets year round in Florida. Every weekend he bakes under the sun all day long with no sun protection clothing.
His sister had
malignant melanoma.
I would not be surprised if he did too with all of his damage. He is 67 now but has had liver spots since at least fifty. I always yell at him and tell him to
wear sunscreen or some kind of sun protection clothing.
The problem is that I don’t really wear any myself! Nor have I ever worn
uv protective clothing. My tinted
moisturizer with sunscreen is what I use, but that’s about it!
I know that I’m going to age well before my time because of my lack of protection. Ever since I was a little kid I’ve enjoyed laying out.
I’ve never gotten really dark and leathery, but I’m sure that leather is in my future. It would be nice if they made products for your body that were maybe included in your body wash or soap.
Like a two in one. That would make it much easier to apply, even if it’s just once a day. I know people that wear
organic sunscreen on their faces, hands, and necks. I think that’s a good idea and not too much work.
I should start trying that!
