Fair Skin

As a person with very fair skin, I am familiar with the pain and embarrassment of getting very bad sunburn.

Not only is it ugly, it is also very unhealthy.

People who frequently get sunburns are subject to various kinds of skin cancer, since each sunburn raises your risks significantly.

In addition to medical problems arising from sunburns, the damage to your skin can be permanent.

If you get frequent sunburns make sure to apply moisturizer with sunscreen lotion frequently during and after the healing process or you will develop wrinkles.

One time I got bad sunburn because the water I was swimming in washed away all of my sun tan lotion. When I got out I was red all over.

My friend suggested that we pick some aloe from his house, and I used the aloe to sooth it. I also took two aspirin and drank a lot of water.

If you do these things your sunburn won’t be quite as painful. However, the best way to deal with sunburn is to prevent it.

You can do this by avoiding direct sun at the worst times of the day (12noon – 4pm), applying suntan lotion, and wearing sun protective clothing.
